OM XD30 Hidraulic stop, but engine work

Engine work very well but sometimes hidraulic stop.
Serial :FI4170Z00258. I would like to ask What is funktion of delay relay OM SCHEDA RITARDO 41693607000 TEMPO RIT :1,5 SEC.
