TCM with K21 nissan engine

I have this unit at a customer it would not start at all I found the main injector fuse blown I replaced the fuse now the unit will start and run for about 2 minutes and die. I could not use the OBD port I had now power to turn on my scanner. I was able to pull the codes and I am getting a 1240 code. What does this code mean and could this be the issue.
