Discussion:
Nissan forklift P02 - Error code 512 & 530

Hi All,
I have a problem with my Nissan forklift model QP02L25U as following:
This forklift shows the error code 512, 530 when the key switch turns on. After checking this forklift, I find the problem with a traction power transistor.
I replaced a new transistor and the forklift was working normally. But after working for 30 minutes, these error codes appeared again. I have checked and found the problem with the remaining traction power transistor. I decide to replace it with a new one.
After working for 30 minutes, this problem occurs again.
Please give me some advice.
Thanks.

Hi Elektrodrive,
The battery is good. There is no earth faults.
The max current is 150A when the forklift accelerates.
Yesterday, I replaced two new traction power transistor. But after working 1 hours, one of them was damaged.
What I need to check in this case? Please advise.
Thanks.

Have you checked your motor for earth faults? Is their excessive current draw under load? Is the battery holding well under.load?
