Jungheinrich etv114 battery 0%

Hi we have this jungheinrich reach truck which had stopped working after showing battery at 0%. We calibrate the bdi settings then works again. Recently went and changed the lisa display and 2 days later battery at 0% again. However the battery is actually 49v and under load drops to around 47 to 48v.

Can someone advise what they think could be causing this issue? Or which controller holds the bdi information.

Regards

Hi. We don't have another battery to v try. Settings are ok. Lisa display was changed. Battery seems to hold ok under load. I do still suspect battery now. Have asked to get battery people to come in and check battery.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
