Crown SC5200:
Secondary hydraulic systems (tilt, SS, Fork position) slow/inop

Good day,

I have a SC5200 with AC manual valve hydraulics. The lift system runs without a problem, but the tilt is stuck back, the side shift and FP run quite slow. Any ideas on where to go? I have inspected SV1, the manual linkages, and switch positions already.

Thanks for the reply, it actually was the RV1 stuck in the bore.

Check your pressures for RV1 and RV2. You need to have at least 1850psi for it to tilt forward.
