Problem:
Code 57 Mod 1 is a code that is set when there is an open in one or more of the hydraulic control valve circuits.
Cause / Discussion:
Mast cables to the hydraulic control valves are vulnerable to wear and breakage.
Solution:
When this code appears, use the Handset or PC Console to turn off the Open Valve Diagnostics
option in the Sicos. The code will no longer appear. Try each function. The function that has an open
circuit will not work. This will allow for quicker trouble shooting, because you will know what circuit is open.
If 36v, check pump inverter connections
