That unit is at least 49 years old. A-C stopped making them in 1970 Allis-Chalmers went out of business in 85/86 - parts are harder to find.
The standard press on solid tires (often called cushion tires) sizes for the FT 20 are:
Drive: 17-3/4" x 5" x 12-1/8"
Steer: 16-3/4" x 4" x 11-1/4"
Contact a local industrial tire dealer in your area and see if they have those sizes or If you know a lift truck dealer in your neighbor hood they might be able to refer you to one.
