FC4500 code 323 Traction motor (M1) over temperature. I can send more info through email. If I'm not mistaken temp sensor is integral to the motor. Either the sensor in the motor is bad or the wiring is damaged to it. Blow out the motor and check wiring. Again, diag. info if you have an email available.

Sit down electric? (SC4500) or stand on jack? (PE4500)
The event codes are the same 323 but 2 different problems that's why the truck model is important. If you can give me the model I can give you more info. I would like to assume SC4500 but assuming helps no one.

traction module MRC1 command to traction armature motor M1 not within range so traction disabled
you must check power cables condition and connection at MRC1 if it is ok then you must Check condition of motor brushes and armature motor if it is ok then you must replace MRC1

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
