Jungheinrich EFG 218K Code 36

Hey all! I looked around and it looks as though my lift pot may be out of the zero position from what I've read on here. Don't have a book for this particular unit though. Want to see if that's still the case. I checked the pot. I get about 1.5 volts at neutral and the sweep looks good. Should the pot be literally at zero? What should my voltages be on the other wires OR does a code 36 mean something different on this machine? Thanks!
