Discussion:
Jungheinrich ETV112 error 025 steer interface can/lift interface can

Hi we have this reach truck. It uses the 2x aluminium as4814i inverters under the foot plate.

I tried changing the steer controller as4803 and fault remained.

Plugged in judit and found that it shows all controllers lift, lift joystick, steer and display also shows their software version and allows you to see the parameters set etc.

However the traction unit fails to load Anything, and when checking on the diagram section shows all unita green except for drive inverter.
I checked the key switch supply to drive inverter and that ia present when switching key on. All fuses are ok. So i am guessing its a traction inverter fault?

Just confused why it shows error related to steer and lift canbus.

The canbus line all wires check ok also and resistor is 125 ohms.

Any suggestions from.anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Showing items 1 - 3 of 3 results.
On the older controller units this was possible. However the aluminium units as4814i and plus type do not allow this on the et or efg series.

I think you get an 107 error if you do swap them.

When I used to work on Jungheinric trucks many moons ago the red flashing light was never a good sign. What we did find out though was you could sometimes swap the traction controller with the hydraulic controller and the truck would work fine after a reboot.
