Bt Industries P20/6:
I can not go into configuration with the cankey

Hello colleagues, again with more problems, I have already got the cankey, but it does not let me modify the configuration, I have tried other machines and the cankey works well, but in this one that has the microswitch in the helm I can not change the 22 to 0. when I start it gives me an E104 fault, and if I start with the rudder in the working position it gives me SLO when accelerating but it does not move. the card changes it new.
Thank you.

Is it the correct card / software for the truck serial number in question?

No CAN key connected.

Press & hold the horn button down & start the truck up.

Wait until Pn is shown on display & release horn button.

The software package numbers should be shown on the display.

**** followed by **** then - ****

Write down the numbers & post on here please.
