That filter is for add-ons like scanners and computers. Are there any Add-ons? You must check for shorts to frame. With battery unplugged, there should be high resistance from neg or pos battery terminal to frame 10,000 or under can be a problem. If there is nothing hooked into this, check for shorts by wiggling the harness. Coffee or soda pop in the display will also cause this.

Depending on the model and version its either under the top cover by the control handle (most common), under the main side control panel or in a few instances by the hydraulic manifold on the left side..

It takes a SLOW BLOW fuse..

I can't remember where on the EZ Reach it's located but look for a small potted module or black box about 4" square with a pop out fuse holder in the face. Pop the fuse out and check it with a meter. If it's blown make sure you replace with a 15 amp slow blow fuse. Also make sure your overmast cables are good.

A-Lift Services -- safe -reliable -affordable
yeah it was the fuse in the filter assembly
if you have that fuse fail youll have no aux functions and no codes
thanks to an unnamed friend of mine at raymond for the heads up on that

were the coil driver cards replaced with the system card?
there is a 5 and 8 coil driver cards that have the transisters that provide power to the solenoids.

does the pump come on? if not are you sure you're getting input from the control handle switch?
