Toyota 7FGU30:
Drive by wire HELP!!!!

I have a Toyota 7FGU30 forklift with a 4Y ECS motor on LPG. I'm having a no start issue. I've tried everything I've read on this website (no broken wire at distributor, fuel solenoid opens, have spark, all of that good jazz). I have no codes flashing on the dash but I haven't been able to get it started. Don't know if I'll have codes with just the key on. I'm being lead to believe
a) no tach reading being sent to ECU from distributor.....How do I test?
b) the two throttle position sensors in the throttle body are bad....again no codes. How do I test the wires?
c) TPS on the accelerator is bad.....again no codes How do I test?

I've searched and searched and can not find any info on this drive by wire. I understand how it works just need to know the specs on it. Would like to narrow it all down before I just start throwing parts at this thing.

first off you need to isolate fuel problem or spark
as spark is easier verify spark plug is getting good fire
fuel verify fuel pressure at throttle motor on the carb round thingy
aproximatly 3 psi i think

there are lots of problems with the tach wires breaking at or near the distributor plug. also make sure it not flooding on LPG.
