Bt Industries CB1600T:
CB 1600 T Error Code A09 won't move, help please

BT Products Roloatruc CB 1600 T.
Can't find any manuals or wiring diagrams to help.
Won't move forward or back. Batteries good, lift system functions.
Not sure what model of controller is fitted (can't see code- Curtis?).
Any help much appreciated.
