Yale fault code 08

Afternoon chaps, we've got a Yale ERP16ATFF2080 with a GE system in it, coming up fault code 08, no drive. We've got 1.5v at the foot controller, it is sweeping.

Any idea's, tip's or boxes of matches would be made welcome.
