We have this truck everything works fine, the traction and even the carriage lifts ok. As soon as we press the button to lift the forks it fails.
We suspect the card however have no wiring diagram to trace back rhw circuit into the card. If anyone has any suggestions or a wiring diagram that would be greatly appreciated.

Apologies for reviving an old thread, but I'm on one of these and have exactly the same problem. It seems like there's an over-ride and your interlock solution seems likely. Can you remember where the interlock switch is? I know it was a while ago but help would be appreciated - I'm stumped!
All sorted.
Got a basic service manual and found that despite having being informed by manufacturer and a second agent and their technical team that the card was faulty, there was actually no fault on the truck.
The warning code directed us to a interlock switch which needed to be operated for the forks to work.

We have spent a few more hours on this truck today. We tried tracing the fork lifts up and down switch wires back to the card but have had no joy. It appears the traction controller and steer controllers are both AC units but hydraulics work off contactors.
The switches are ok. However without a wiring diagram we are not sure where the 2 switch wires are connected to.
Any caterpillar engineers or anyone with experience on this model please help. I'm due back to it Friday.
