Toyota 6BRU18 Code 64

I have a Toyota high reach lift, suddenly today it gives code 64. The lift will not run but everything is okay. The forks can go up and down and extend.

Can anybody please give some ideas what is the problem with the lift?

Where can I buy a services with all codes listed.
