HELP!! Where do I start?

Hi! My name is AJ and I just picked up my first forklift! Its an old Clark c-25 forklift. DEFINITELY a project! I got it to move stored equipment around my yard, pull motors, maneuver trailers in tight spaces, etc. It starts and runs pretty good. The hydraulics seem OK as far as I can tell. Anyway, the guy I bought it from claims he had it for 15+ years and never performed ANY kind of maintenance on it. At some point many years ago it was converted to LP. It was kept outside in the elements in Northern California for at least the last 15 years, probably more. I have it stored inside now and I want to restore this thing (within reason) so what should I focus on first?

-The mast ram seems like it needs all new seals (beyond my comfort level)
-Alot of the electrical wires looked frayed and cracked
-Fuel lines too
-All 4 tires will need to be replaced
-The generator makes an awful grinding/squealing noise (convert to alternator or rebuild?)
-Change ALL fluids and filters
-One of the forks is bent pretty good so Ill end up getting a new longer set (all forks 2500-3000lb universal?)
-New cylinder type propane tank
-Brakes feel soft (bleed? adjust?)
-ebrake doesnt work too well (adjust?)
-Inching/clutch pedal doesn't work
-Tilt seems to have some drift
-Hydraulic oil fill port is missing the cap
-Remove the old gas tank?

Many thanks in advance for your help!!! I also have pictures of the warlord if there is some way to upload them.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
