SEVCON POWERPAK - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Hyundai ALL MODELS:
SEVCON POWERPAK

HI, WE HAVE A TRUCK 2.5T REACH STAND UP.
TWO SEVCON DC MOTOR CONTROLLERS POWERPAK
DASH DISPLAY MOSFET FAIL, DRIVE CONTROLLER SHOW 3 FLASH ON LED, HYDRAULIC CONTROLLER LED ON (NORMAL)
REPLACED DRIVE CONTROLLER TWICE SAME FAULT MOTORS & WIRING GOOD.
IF THE FAULT IS IN THE HYD CONTROLLER WILL IT SEND IT TO THE DRIVE CONTROLLER (MASTER) AND TO THE DASH WHEN IN FACT ITS THE HYD CONTROLLER AT FAULT, WE CANNOT LOCATE A FAULT IN THE MOSFETS WITH OHM METER.
