Jungheinrich EP-50:
EP-50 Tilt Cylinders Jerking

Hi, we have a forklift that tilt cylinder suddenly start jerking in motion to almost completely not moving. We replaced the complete set of valve block and replaced complete seal kit ofleft cylinder but still the same.

Yes it sounds like the pot for the tilt, if it was the motor sensor I would expect the fault to occur during lift and side shift operations also.

Hi Roi! Jungheinrich EFG 500, S/N: FN417274. I have a new observation, the hydraulic motor pump RPM is slow when activating the tilt cylinder compared to Lift Function. I guess its the Solo Pilot Potentiometer for TILT command. Please note that lift is normal.

EP-50? not sure this is a Jungheinrich I don't recognize the model code, post the serial number
