The manual part is the actual to and fro movement of the truck. It does not use power to advance and reverse, but the operator must push/pull the truck manually to make it go, unlike many of the power pallet trucks that one twists the grips and the motor makes it move.

The hydraulic part of these trucks allow the operator to push a button to raise/lower the forks through an electic motor/hydraulics. I am actually training on one this Friday. If you're patient, I will make note of the name of this particular model and forward it to you.
