JLG 4394RT:
2004 JLG Scissor Lift does not raise up or move forward or backwards

I have a scissor lift that will not raise up and will not move forward nor backwards. from either ground or platform control box, replaced platform module. still same problem. I am not getting any codes.

initially problem with it was it would not stay running when it started it would stall out right away. replace ECM on engine now it starts and stays running. but then came to find out no other functions were working... any body ran into this problem before??
