Slow drive and no Hydraulics

Hope someone can help.
Crown Reach truck (2005)
when first switched on Hydraulic all work OK, when try to operate drive it is very slow (like the brakes are binding but that has been checked) and then the Hydraulic stop working except the reach, we have reached theBattery out switch!
Up date we have found in the display "ECR1 Lost Channel" and Code 384, can any one tell us what this means?
