Raymond EASI R40TT:
Code 81

Originally had code 81. I replaced the control handle and relearned the travel and lift pots. Machine went to normal and worked for a week and coded out again. This time my analog signals do not move, centered at 1.21 and may move lightly to 1.39 or 1.17. Both for travel and lift in tests A04 and A05. I replaced the handle again and no change. Any other things to think of? Serial is ETB-96-39420.

I removed all the connectors from the sytems card and removed the little amplifier card. The amplifier card has a little corrosion. I installed the card and connectors and now I got the handle to learn, It is a rebuilt handle from part source. 2 Handles, same exact problem? It is working and seems more of a connection contact issue.

You replaced the handle with a what? Rebuilt? Raymond rebuilt ?
From the frying pan into the fire. Hard to find decent rebuilt's. I change them 3 0r 4 times in a row until you get a decent one.
But is this one bad too? push and pull the handle forward while twisting it sideways. If defective, it will code out. While on the lift pot, pull the handle back and put side force on it, like a driver may do. You may still have a bad handle. Stress it like the drivers do, the failure may occur
