I have done susmic12 and the circuit behind dash contact to me if you need them repaired

How were you able to repair the Sauer Susmic12 box ?
If I open the back of the box, the board is completely sealed with a kind of resin.
Can you explain to me what you did to fix it ?
No indicator leds are on , so I guess there is a serious issue.

Hi, I also have the same problem: no forward or backward movement. The problem was a bit on/off in the beginning, but now it does not work at all. If I apply power directly to the forward or backward coils on the drive pump it does drive.
I read that it's most probably the onboard computer which is faulty and that it should be fairly easy to fix something on the board. Can anyone tell me how to fix it ? I can't afford a new Sauer Danfoss box, which will cost around €2500 including programming. They should give away these boxes for free as it is clear that these boxes are of a very poor quality.

I seem to get the same problem on a merlo 35-12.
No forwarding and no backward, I had the +30 connection on board next to steering wheel burned but I repair and it still don't work.

However it work when I engage emergency mode up the left foot.

Would you let me know how you fixe it?

Forklift manuals are almost all considered "proprietary information". The only proper place to get them is from your local dealer who is the legal representative of the manufacturer. We all need to respect the intellectual property rights of the copyright holders.

Stop asking for service manuals and buy them from the dealer....we do not want to get this forum closed down

i would like you to send me the workshop manual please. as far as your problem with forward and reverse you have a problem on pc board that is located right next to your steering wheel. it easy to fix it as long as you know about elecrtronics. i had exactly the same problem and i fix it. the problem was on the board.. thanks again... my email is [email address removed]

about your problem , i need more details, but first you can try to verify the switch forward -reverse and after the direction valve from the hydraulic pump

i have the wiring diagram and service manual for merlo roto 4018 EV 1999, which i can send to you if you want, i dont know if it the same as your, but i also have problems on this merlo i just brought from sweden, the engine start alright but no movement both forward and reverse, Can you offer some suggestions for trouble shouting?
