I just replaced all modules on this 537-CSR30T per raymonds recommendations on RPIN SWR-06-R001A
New carriage manager
New vehicle manager
New intellidrive
New Q1
New capacitor and resister R4
New Rec 2
Unit powers on, does self test. Once selftest passes and you step on RH deadman pedal the unit will begin to travel forward on its own without a traction comand from the rh controls. I am unable to access LEARN mode even when in Superwrd. Unit does kick code 32. I did isolate VR1 from circuit and it will no longer travel forward on its on but is kicking code 80.
If I had to guess, I need to access LEARN mode to calibrate handles but it will not let me access that mode.
Any ideas will help. Thank you in advance.

Learn sub-menu will be in the maint. menu but you'll need the superword to access. If I remember this wll be default with a new carriage mgr.
Had one like this once, the unit was equipped with an electronic operator key. We had to delete the option before we could get into learn after replacing the managers
Joe_d,
Thanks for the response. I have toggled the switch to program and I am able to enter the superword but the only menu's that will come up go as followed:
*Quit Prgm
*Config
*Maint
Under Config menu I can obviously change the setting of the truck like the password and superword but no where is the LEARN menu available. I have disconneted the Mini Mast display because it has been acting up and I still have the same symptoms.
Anytime you replace the carriage or vehicle mgrs. you'll need to run learn on all systems on the 537, incl. carriage, height, weight, controls, etc., Have you flipped the toggle on the vehicle mgr. to program and pushed the little red reset button beside it? I have had times when this was the only way to get to the menu needed. Alos, is the primary display on the mini-mast damaged at all. If so, open the door to access the back of the card and disconnect there or better yet, directly at the carriage mng. to take this display out of the equation.
