tier 3 speed control

Has anyone found out how to activate speed control on new lifts? teir 2 could save file and change it but no file is encrypted so I cant find it

tried that option was not equiped at factory so it wont check.Old lifts could copy and open in word filr changr 0 to 1 write to vcm and then set seed
