display

Need help please. Have customer that works on there own lifts. They had a display go bad. They ordered a new display and installed. When they turned lift on display goes through pretest then goes dark. Green power light is on strobe light works. Accsess 3 has code 129. Checked volts and continuity on can hi and low. All good. Any help would be great

Will need software flashed. Older software in truck and newer software in display do not like each other. Crown only will have software on laptop.
