97-3 is water in fuel sensor circuit, voltage above normal, or shorted to source.
DTC 524227-3 -( Manual Hydraulic Enable Valve Coil OORH) A. COIL DRIVER OUTPUT SHORTED TO BATTERY
B. COIL DRIVER OUTPUT OPEN CIRCUIT
C. COIL DRIVER RETURN OPEN CIRCUIT
D. RELAY/COIL OPEN CIRCUIT
E. FUNCTIONAL FAILURE IN CONTROLLER.
