need id on forklift 23D3D2468 hyster

Trying to id forklift old hyster. Having major issues with hydraulics. I am not a mechanic but i need to get this forklift running. a friend said it is probally the check valve but i am clueless as to where it is.

The numbers you listed do not make any sense. Recheck the numbers. The D3 part would indicate a H30-60H truck Is this a pneumatic tired truck?
