No code 310, starts at 312. But the low 300s is usually controller current or temp faults. Then motor current or temp fault

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
