alarm code 01 red light flashing help

A 01 code is displayed for several reasons. A battery charger connected.Safety switch closed during start up"DEAD MAN". Any travel or hyd switch closed during start up.If all check ok you will need handset to trobleshoot

Do you have access to a ZAPI hand set? You will have to use one to check the control card and do further checks

If you are getting one flash check wire you described in other post for continuity between tiller card and controller---check connector plug also ---controller not communicating with tiller card
