Discussion:
Machine can't Start

We fitted a new high Pressure pump (VW03L130755A) on an H50D forklift serial No.:H2X394D50367 and it worked. The next day, it couldn't start. We observed that the fuel level was below minimum as so we topped it up and it worked for about 30 mins after washing the engine it went off again. The next day it started and worked for only about 10 minutes and then stopped again. We have since not been able to start it. No static fault codes appear. Only sporadic fault code P0090 and P0087 appear and has since been cleared. All fuel lines were bled and no leakages were observed after checking.

Can anyone help me out on this?

Check all the plastic tee pieces on the cambelt side of the engine.
Suspect you have a piece of swarf fromt he tank or tee pieces when they were made.
