This unit has a perkins Diesel. one pedal. When you accelerate forward or reverse, motor responce is slow unless you use lift lever to pick up speed.If you drive 500 feet unit will pick up speed, but if you use lift lever, unit speeds up and let go of lever and unit will hold fast pace. Motor starts great, runs ok. Just poor preformance. Pump has a rod with 5 holes. Have moved linkage up one hole and that helped alittle.At first, pedal had to be pressed about half way before wheels would turn. Took pressure readings of hydrostat and they are in factory range.After pressure test, wheels would turn as soon as you pressed pedal. Not sure what this did. But it did improve wheel spin.
