EASI order picker bottoming at lowering

I have an order picker that is not slowing down as it is lowering just before it bottoms out. What should I be looking at ? It has intellidrive.

First, Model 12's do not have Intellidrive...
Second, the Model 12 does not have deceleration at the "bottom" of it lowering.
