yes check switch on mast, the software to diagnose faults on these models is called Justcontrol, it is useful if you have it.

Hi,thanks for that and yes the hoist is extra slow as well.I guess its a switch or sensor causing the reduction in speed.
Is the error code 250 relating to "index switch incorrect on auxiliary mast"
