7FBEU18 slow back tilt

I have a Toyota 3-wheeler 7FBEU18 with no codes and back tilt is very slow. All other function work great.
Any advise is appreciated.....

Initially I'd check the tilt lock solenoid wires to see if there cut or damaged. Then do Matching properly. Check the tilt Potentiometer on the RH cylinder, see if it's intact. Also verify the micro switch on the top of the CV linkage is making contact or closing causing the pump to kick on. most likey the problem.(under the dash RH side)

If it tilt is a mechanical lever style. Check the hydraulic control valve for loose hardware or components. If it's a fingertip control you can adjust speed through the dash ( Need qualified tech to make changes)
