12V running? Truck off? Either way battery should show 12.6 volts off and around 14-14.8 running, sounds like the battery needs to be replaced if thats the voltage off....do a load test on it am sure it drops more under load........

The customer was trying to correct a battery terminal problem by shoveing nails into the terminal. I replaced both terminals. I then got a code po3 with no trravel and nolift tilt or sideshift. Found a bad fuse for the VCM replaced that. got travel back but still no hydralics then the code F75. What would you expect t see for voltage 13vdc to 14 vdc?I only saw around 12VDC.

Driven by the VCM in the footwell...right side step
ONE thing to check is your battery.....corrosion on terminals and or cables.....charging voltage and belt tension...i have found that this code can set with these issues...low voltage can cause weird codes to pop up

Thanks for the input. The coils checked ok about 9 ohms. Can you tell me where the fuse or relays are for these solenoids, or are they driven from the controler by the right side step?

Unload solenoid malfunction........
Solenoid is located on top of the hydraulic control valve,on the right side, unplug and check resistance of solenoid coil, spec is 7-9 ohms give or take a few if bad will probably read either open(OL) or shorted(0)
