Password for level 2 and level 3

We just bought a 2008 FC4500. While unloading it shows 'lift lockout'. And we try to get in access 2 or access 3 from display it requires password. Anyone can help? Thanks

Make sure you have the mast tilted vertically as there is a switch that cuts the lift if you have too much forward tilt, as Eddy said.

Hello guys, my crown FC4520-2.5 having lifting problem, when the fork cross to the free lift (Initial mast) it's stop, not showing any error code.

Lift lockout appears if you have the mast raised past ffl stage and too much tilt applied. The truck thinks you are about to loose your load off the forks or you are lifting too high with the forks set in wrong position

The Access password is issued to Crown personnel only. Messing around in the Access menus is not recommended for those that are inexperienced. Lift lockout means the battery is flat, charge the battery.
