I have a brand new Toyota that is giving a code E-06-3. anyone know what that is?

Throttle motor supply voltage open circuit.....check the fuse to the electronic throttle motor

only has 1 hour on it. the customer won't deal with the Toyota dealer and only wants to deal with us. basically I just want to find out what the code is and then try to convince them to go to the correct dealer only for warranty work

You say it's brand new...how new...hours? This will more than likely be covered under warranty from the factory and I wouldn't mess with it and let the dealer handle it as it may void any costly repairs it MAY need...
