Discussion:
Start to lift uneven?

This electric pallet jack works great except when I lower it I can see one side is a little higher than the other? Also when I lift it the lower side waits a while before it lifts then both sides will go up together? I looked for some adjustment on the bars and can not see any, the load wheels look about the same size. Does anyone know if there is an adjustment?

Standard fault on 102's...bushings slide out of place at bell cranks. Get new ones and add plastic spacer in between to prevent them from slipping out. Can be done quite easily, pull battery and put truck on it's side. Next common issue is the pull rod stretching it's eyelet at rear. Need a complete pull rod and trail fork. Give serial # to get proper length
Bushings are non greasable

the most common things to look for on these pallet jacks that have non-adjustable linkage is bent torsion bars or bellcranks being twisted from lifting too much weight. Usually one side gives and bends the linkage causing it to lift uneven.

yes it can be rather involved when repairing these.

No adjustments can be made. Your lifting linkage is worn and requires repair. This can be quite involved depending on what needs replacing.

Fact of the week
The word "robotics" was coined by Russian-born American science-fiction writer Isaac Asimov who first used the word in 1942 in his short story 'Runabout'. He characterised robots as helpful servants and as "a better, cleaner race."
