Hi, i have a client with several equipments with the Master controller relay (mcr,k4) damaged...i want a know why they damage...

usually low battery voltage burns relay tips then cannot make contact.

there is a spare set of relay tips on mcr just make sure you cut the tabs off or bend the ones on the bad tipset so next guy doesn't get screwed.
