So if everything works as needed then we need to check voltage. Connect battery with key on. At connector CN 103 on the CPU Board from CN 103-12 to CN 103-13. Readings of 0 V (OK) possible Harness or CPU Board. Reading of 5 V (NG) PBEHPS (Printed Board EHPS)

The EHPS (Electronic power steering circuit) sees power going through the motor even though the EHPS is not on. Two questions: Does the power steering motor run with truck plugged in? Does it run when turning the steering wheel?
