Hi Folks,
We have a mbishi FG15 diesel machine presently in our workshop.
We are struggling to identify the diesel pump for this model would anyone be able to offer a hand?
The markings of the actual pump are as follows;
645L followed by a barcode:
cp723b 649a
Would appreciate some help or pointers in the right direction.
Basically the truck runs fine but does cut out after a few minutes all diagnostics so far point to the pump not supplying enough diesel.
Look forward to your much appreciate replys.

Thanks guys for your insightful reply i will check the filter tank and lines as reccomended by alan and jim and will post my finding here.
Check the fuel lines and the tank their is a gauze filter in the pump under the fuel in banjo also as their is no lift pump all in the injector pump we have fitted a electric fuel pump which helps.
I have a couple of lifts that do the same thing.What we have found is the pick-up in the tank plugged.Engine runs a while then dies.Starts again then dies.Some mechanics blow thru line but that puts it right back into tank.Tank needs to be cleaned.We also have one that developed a fungus in the tank.That one also needs to be cleaned.We have been fighting that one for 15 years.You can put a suction line into clean fuel in a bucket and see if it works.That can at least eliminate the tank......Hope this helps.
Hello,
Sounds logial do you have any tips on diagnosing this kind of fault on a diesel machine?
Thanks in advance
if start fine dont look to the pomp more a fuel suplly problem of air in the fuel line
