I have recommend someone twice and even at that hiring bonus I wont recommend someone, bad experience.

$2,500 upon hire and $2,500 every 120 days until paid. Once you have completed your first year then the retention bonus up to $5k is paid every 6 months based on hours worked.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
