the operations and maintenance manual is included with new trucks, and has the codes listing included. I think you may have a fair amount of aftermarket installed add ins, and no longer have the support of whomever was paid to install and service those add-ins.
at the moment we have been able to keep running with basic repairs the worst thing being transmon accerator faults and tyresaver unit all bolt ons but repairable, will try to get the book number the tech uses, i guess we are just so lucky might have to buy one, happy days you thought they might supply at least one if you buy three trucks he he oh and its got mini levers
not sure how much help i can be here
when i look up by serial number it does not say invalid serial number, it just tells me information unavailable.
In the manual it does pull up it has none of these things contained in it that you mention as options or anything like it.
tilting cab, electric handbrake, air conditioning
The only tilting anything i can find is in the FD33N truck with tilting control lever option.
Of course keep in mind i'm looking in the mcfa manuals and not the mcfe manuals so there is quite a few differences between what the america's have as options versus what the euro trucks have apparently.
I want to help you out but it doesn't look encouraging for me on my end.
What sort of transmission codes is it giving? i may be able to help with that :o)
hello my friend, yes we are so lucky to have 3 of these, tilting ft type cab (i think), they have dry shoe system but is handbraked by an electric solenoid on lhs shoehorned in, wiring harness replaced as burns up have changed all lamps to led, also had transmission faults and to top it all airconditioning unit that i believe they no longer supply driven by lower pulley on crank that picks up all the crap and sheds the belt, lucky to have a helpful tech for info, would be gratefull for anything to help keep it running and save pestering tech these are running 20 hrs 24 7 shifts poor things
what problem are you having with it?
tilting cab? is this an option? very unusual for this size truck
Yes you have spelt it wrong not a electric brake wet disc brakes what info do you need
