CAT DP40 3CM1100 Hydraulic Pressure Measurements

Truck has 8,000 lbs capacity but cannot lift more than 5,000 lbs. Does someone know what the press readings on hydraulic valves should be on CAT DP40 3CM1100? Same with pump measurements.

on the left side of the valveblock in the elbow of the pressure pipe from pump. it is a 1/8 inch plug.
