YALE ERP16VF doesn't work

Hi,

the forklift doesn't move..... I hear a noise like TAC TAC TAC but I m not able to undestand from where noise comes.
I lost manuals. Someone can help me to find these?
Please help me.

thanks. These are very useful for me.
I solved problem, was related to hand brake. Now it works.

I have a question. Is there the possibility to slowdown the forklift?
I explain better. My customer want that when the forklift is used in a "drive in" warehouse it slowdown for example using an external sensor (infrared or ultrasonic) or simply pressing a botton.

Someone can help me if there is the possibility to find a solution?
The truck is Always YALE ERP16VF

Thanks for your help Nemanja.
Actualy the forklift is in a warehouse 50km from here......
I don't have the data at the moment, I can tell you that the forklift is of 2012.
I haven't manuals. if you can send me these I appreciate.
