I have the same E07-1 code and found the same it would run with the lp valve out and plugged off. My customer only has 6500 hours on their Toyota but this machine has been a lemon since they bought it. So many problems like this. I'm not impressed with Toyota's recent model. Nothing like an old Carbed 4Y eh. I'm glad you found a broken wire in the harness because that's my next step. Thanks for keeping us posted.

A-Lift Services -- safe -reliable -affordable
Solved!
Engine would run with fuel mixture ratio motor removed from Lp inlet at carb. And plugged with hand.
Cut harness open and found broken wire (red/blue stripe) at main harness clamp above cyl. # 3.
Lift had 14422 hrs on it so the wiring harness had some wear.
I spliced wire back and bingo! Prob. Solved.
Code went away and cust. Happy so I'm happy.

Hope this helps someone else

Just looking for as much info on this as I can get.
So few questions.
1) what is "25"reference to? Ohms resistance?
2) "just means throttle body is wet" wet with what? And why would it be wet?

It just means the throttle body is wet. Let it dry or dry it and the code will disappear

Air fuel ratio motor open. Start with checking wiring. Testing the motor: The following will have 25 +-5 at 50-100 degrees celsius. 20 +-5 at -10-50 degrees celsius. PIN 1-2 Pin 2-3 Pin 4-5 Pin 5-6. If problem not found here at the motor then wiring harness or controller.
