YALE NR035DANS S/N A295N0XXXX

This is a fairly new reach truck with non-functioning tilt, side shift, and reach. The aux pump runs (though slowly, by the sound of it) and I can see one of the internal hoses take pressure, but still no function.

The diagnostic shows front and rear solenoids functioning, and no trouble codes have come up. I can't get the reach or tilt sensors to change from zero. And I can't really inspect everything because the pantograph is stuck in collapsed position. What wires and connectors I can see look OK.

Travel and lift/lower are fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yeah, I hate getting into those manifolds. I end up with oil everywhere.

Any idea if the tilt and reach sensors even exist, though? I don't see anything and I can't remember ever seeing one in a pantograph.

if you're not getting any error codes it sounds to me like you have a faulty solenoid valve in the function manifold out on the pantograph.
One of those solenoid valves does control the oil flow out to the reach and tilt cylinders. If you get an electrical and hydraulic diagram you can figure out which solenoid controls this and troubleshoot it from there.

usually in my experience when you have limited function like this it is a broken wire in the harness going out to the aux manifold from the main manifold but since you're not getting any error codes that leads me to believe its a mechanical problem and not electrical. You did say the function monitor showed the solenoids turning on and off so.... find the valve and see if its stuck or broken.
